Premier Downtown Loft Building, Just Opened

Very clean, great communication with host, close to great food, other amenities and beaches.

Location was very nice for walking to downtown. We enjoyed walking to the seafood festival and to the Downtown Palafox Market on Saturday.

The loft was different than any place we had stayed before which is why I picked it. It seems to be an up and coming part of downtown Pensacola. Easy access (driving) to beaches, AFB and walking distance to the small downtown area. Lots of close restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location, great accommodations, very close to the beach! Positive: The location was perfect - my friends and I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting nearby bars, restaurants, and cafes. We felt completely safe, even as a party of 4 girls, and loved the location. On-site parking off the street was very convenient. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and were perfect for 4 people. Although the kitchenette was small, we had no problem storing food and snacks for the beach. There was a beach umbrella and boogie board available at the property that got a lot of use! Negative: One thing that would improve the experience of staying here would be a place to dry beach and bath towels. Even just a folding drying rack that could be used would have made it perfect. Also, the shower had a slight leak that would cause the bathroom floor to become very wet.
