Premier Downtown Loft Building, Just Opened

Great building, great stay just love Pensacola. Positive: This is an historic building with lots of character. (It’s even noted in the local museum). Beautifully designed, quirky and unique. Great bathroom facilities, rainfall shower great and perfectly hot. The compact kitchen is also great just what you need to make a quick breakfast or snack meal. Beds are sooo comfortable you don’t want to get out of them. I stayed in the loft/mezzanine bed space which was really cozy. Loved the use of the antique wardrobe as a room divider. Negative: There nothing really, would have liked to open a window but understand as it’s a very old building they don’t, so the ceiling fans were a great alternative.

It was the perfect stay! Such a cool place but still cozy atmosphere in the heart of downtown! If I could suggest anything it would only be larger bath towels! And that’s it! Loved everything!

Very clean, great communication with host, close to great food, other amenities and beaches.

Location was very nice for walking to downtown. We enjoyed walking to the seafood festival and to the Downtown Palafox Market on Saturday.

The loft was different than any place we had stayed before which is why I picked it. It seems to be an up and coming part of downtown Pensacola. Easy access (driving) to beaches, AFB and walking distance to the small downtown area. Lots of close restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.
