Amazing location, beautiful comfortable home and attentive host! Love it! Positive: The location was perfect. Several amazing restaurants within 1 mile and NAS Pensacola was less than 8 miles. Easy to get to the property and easy parking! Negative: Can’t really think of anything. Oh a dish cloth for washing dishes. Pretty petty! lol!

Positive: Big. Nicely done. Properly equipped. Negative: Some bottled water would have been nice since the tap water tastes a little funny. Also some starter coffee, even if just packets of instant. A bit hard to find at night. A little house number would help.

Overall it was a fantastic stay, I highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Pensa Positive: We had a lovely stay. The property was spotless and exactly as described, with a fully equipped kitchen, well-stocked with essentials, and cozy beds. The location was perfect - close to everything we need. Josh is a wonderful host, always available for questions and quick to respond. Negative: Nothing really.

The Belmont vacation rental exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect size for our family of three, offering plenty of space and comfort. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the cozy front porch and the lovely back patio. The location was ideal—just a short drive to the beach and close to Pensacola's charming downtown area. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was seamless. We can’t wait to return!
